Binondo Food Trip | Tried Frog Legs!!!

Going to Binondo to eat authentic Chinese food is really different when you have it at an expensive restaurant who offers you just a small amount of their dish.
I remember before when the virus was still non existent during those times. My friend Ja and I, went to Binondo to eat good food and explore the place, she recently just went there with her friends before and also explored and tried what they have to offer and now with me. We went to the places they ate before and she made me try that big porkchop and loads of dumplings above. It was actually very cheap and in filipino "sulit" for its price. It was just around 100++ pesos for more than 10 dumplings, would you believe that? At my favorite "feel good" Chinese restaurant I used to order 4 dumplings for P140 and boy, you can really tell the difference not just with the price but with the taste.
First we went to this place that I forgot what the restaurant is called and ordered a bunch of dumplings at a very cheap price, and the wrap was also thick. The Big-ass porkchop as well is so good. Then after we ate at that place we went over to buy some small P22 fried siopao, at that time I'm starting to get full.
Just a few steps from the fried siopao we went and bought this "fried ___" (I feel bad for not remembering this) and it was P15 or P30
A few more steps we where out to hunt for tarts that Ja is really eager for me to try because as she said they were really good, and it did not disappoint.
These are some of our photos from the place
If you want some "Wong Kar Wai" vibes we went to this place and bought some shake to balance the sweetness and saltiness t hat we've been eating for the past few hours.
How lovely it is to walk around Binondo during those times (though be careful with your belongings) I never knew such small things like having a food trip with a friend is something that makes life a little lighter from time to time.

We even went to different shops and pastry shops to find fortune cookies, but unfortunately we were not able to find any place that sells. Even Eng- bee tin don't have it.
The long wait is over after "google- mapping" our way, here we are trying frog legs. We were disappointed when the other place told us they ran out of stock of frog legs then good thing we went to the next one just beside it and saw that frog legs are available and we were really stoked and nervous. (Though we shouldve bouoght the crispy one not the one with sauce, cause the texture is just weird but it tastes like chicken)

You can see its things and calves from m point of view
Lastly before we pass out from food coma and won't be able to go home in our city we went to wa-ying and ate fried and non fried buns that's dipped in condensed milk. It was heaven, and it was my favorite from all that we tried that night. Whenever we take a bite it brings us to cloud 9, seriously.

After rewarding ourselves for nothing and chatted about a bunch of things, we went for a walk and tried to time ourselves if we can make it to the train before 9pm but we didnt so we decided to just book a grab instead at KFC near the Binondo church and got dropped at Mcdo Taft and rode our bus home.
